Tickets and Passes
Select the type(s) and quantity of tickets or passes you would like to order.
For Distribution to Multiple Clients
A booklet of 20 Paper Tickets allows distribution of individual rides to multiple clients.
20-Ticket Booklet ($27)
This product includes a booklet of 20 single-use paper tickets, each with a QR code that is valid for one scan only. Tickets can be given to clients individually. Please ensure clients understand how many bus rides are needed for a full round trip so you can provide the appropriate number of tickets.
For Distribution to a Single Client
1-Day, 7-Day, 31-Day, and 20-Ride Passes are intended to be used by a single client.
Multiple clients may not share a single Pass
1-Day Pass (with new smartcard) ($7)
This product is a one-day bus pass loaded onto a reusable smartcard. Once the card is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day.
The 1-Day Pass costs $5, with a one-time $2 activation fee for the new smartcard. The smartcard can be reloaded with fares or passes without additional activation fees.
1-Day Pass (for existing Umo users only) ($5)
This product is a one-day bus pass which can be loaded on an individual's existing Umo smartcard or app account. Once their card or app is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day.
This product does not include a smartcard. To complete the order, you must upload an Excel file containing your clients' existing Umo account numbers.
7-Day Pass (with new smartcard) ($14.50)
This product is a seven-day bus pass loaded onto a reusable smartcard. Once the card is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day and the following 6 consecutive days.
The 7-Day Pass costs $12.50, with a one-time $2 activation fee for the new smartcard. The smartcard can be reloaded with fares or passes without additional activation fees.
7-Day Pass (for existing Umo users only) ($12.50)
This product is a seven-day bus pass which can be loaded on an individual's existing Umo smartcard or app account. Once their card or app is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day and the following 6 consecutive days.
This product does not include a smartcard. To complete the order, you must upload an Excel file containing your clients' existing Umo account numbers.
31-Day Pass (with new smartcard) ($52)
This product is a 31-day bus pass loaded onto a reusable smartcard. Once the card is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day and the following 30 consecutive days.
The 31-Day Pass costs $50, with a one-time $2 activation fee for the new smartcard. The smartcard can be reloaded with fares or passes without additional activation fees.
31-Day Pass (for existing Umo users only) ($50)
This product is a 31-day bus pass which can be loaded on an individual's existing Umo smartcard or app account. Once their card or app is scanned when boarding, this pass provides unlimited rides for the rest of that service day and the following 30 consecutive days.
This product does not include a smartcard. To complete the order, you must upload an Excel file containing your clients' existing Umo account numbers.

This product is a 20-ride bus pass loaded onto a reusable smartcard. One ride is deducted each time the rider boards the bus.
The 20-Ride Pass costs $27, with a one-time $2 activation fee for the new smartcard. The smartcard can be reloaded with fares or passes without additional activation fees.
Customers using the 20-ride pass must also purchase Stored Value on their Umo account to pay for transfers, as transfer rides are not deducted from the pass. Please communicate with your clients on how many bus rides are required to complete their trip in order to determine if this pass option meets their needs.
